Rescue 3:16 is the ministry of the Empire PHC specifically focused on the teens of our community. Our mission is to show Christ’s love through various outreach projects and services.

Our Goal is to equip teenagers with Godly values to make good decisions and appropriately handle countless situations in life.
We are here to be relevant through loving God and loving each other.
Sunday School Meets Sundays @ 10:00 AM

We believe in Sunday school as a core tool in helping people learn about God (discipleship) and form relationships with other people in small groups. We have age appropriate classes which are led by members with spiritual gifts of teaching, encouragement and leadership.
